Eliza Shirazi is a recent graduate from the
University of Massachusetts Amherst,
where she studied both Public Health and Communication. This, along
with her extensive dance career, has allowed her to carefully construct
and develop her fitness brand in 2009. She is the founder of, Kick It
With Eliza, which encompasses her signature group fitness classes and
health & wellness coaching. Her brand was developed at
UMass Amherst,
implemented at the University of Cape Town (South Africa), and now
hitting Boston! This fitness fanatic also works full-time as a
ClimbCorps member for Brigham and Women's hospital, helping to
revolutionize fitness & health in Boston. She is very excited to be a part of the DanceFIT team!
Kick It With Eliza is a cardio kickboxing class that has an emphasis on
getting your heart rate up and your muscles strong through various
combinations, including traditional kick moves, such as jabs and kicks.
This full body work out is carefully constructed so you are working at
your best ability while losing yourself into the upbeat music. Welcome
to the kick addiction!
Join her on Sundays this October at 8:30 AM from the comfort of your own home. Please register in
DanceFIT Studio's registration system today! (Please note: Nicole's Sunday bootcamp has been cancelled. If you were enrolled in her 8 AM class, you have been placed in Kick It With Eliza. Please cancel accordingly if needed.)
