DanceFIT Studio is the official fitness sponsor of the Boston Cannons Dance Team! The girls are going to be using DanceFIT classes to get in tip top dancing shape in addition to their typical practicing and training regimen! You may or may not know, but we have a Boston Cannons Dancer on our DanceFIT Staff! The lovely, Nicole! She teaches amazing Virtual BalletFIT classes that can't be missed!
At the end of the month, DanceFIT Studio Natick will be hosting the very first Boston Cannons Dance Team HOT BalletFIT class! Stay tuned for pictures- it will be a fun class and we can't wait to have these ladies in our studio for a sweaty class!

A little info about the Cannons Dance Team, who cheer on the Boston Cannons Major League Lacrosse Team!
"The Boston Cannons Dance Team is a professional, volunteer dance team that performs at all Boston Cannons home games and any additional league games hosted in Boston which have included events such as the MLL All Star game and MLL Championship weekend.
The Boston Cannons Dance Team practices once a week for two hours during the season (March - August). The Cannons Dance Team not only performs on the field at each game, but also participates in on-field promotions and other game day fan activities. In addition, members of the dance team participate in various community service events throughout the season. This year members of the team volunteered at the NSTAR Walk for Children's Hospital, Avon's Walk for Breast Cancer, Tour de Cure and various MDA events."
