As we just finished SpringFIT we have another challenge to keep you motivated before SummerFIT begins on June 23rd. This competition is for all three studios Brookline, Natick & Virtual.
It is simple.

1. Pick a partner. You are a team. Pick someone who will motivate you, make you laugh, make you work hard and won't give up!
2. Individually purchase a DanceFIT package in our online store or use a current package.
3. Email me your partner selection (gina@dancefitstudio.com) and team name by Sunday, May 18th at 5 PM. If you want to participate, but can't convince anyone to join you, I will pair you up with a fantastic dancefitter at random, please email me.
4. You will have access to a shared spreadsheet to log your classes and a shared facebook page with the other teams on it.
The DUO that logs the most classes between May 19th - June 22nd (35 days!) will earn $50 EACH to treat themselves to some gorgeous workout clothes at Lululemon Athletica! The second place DUO wins a 3 class package each!
Celebrating your progress alone isn't as much fun as it is with a partner. You and your partner can set goals for yourselves and celebrate every few days after you've met those goals.
When you answer to no one but yourself, it can become a habit to cancel a DanceFIT workout after a long, busy day because you feel tired or because you feel that it's a waste of time. You may think that canceling one dance class won't hurt you, but if you cancel even one session, it can be more difficult to get back into the habit because you may decrease your endurance. If your workout partner is counting on you to be there for an exercise session, you'll be less likely to cancel.
