New workout coming to DanceFIT Studio!

You guessed it, POUND is coming to DanceFIT Studio!

Kayte & Lindy will be teaching this amazing, fun, sweaty dance class in Natick and Lindy will be bringing it to our Virtual Studio!

They were both certified this weekend and here is what they have to say about it!


"At the certification, we learned the basic philosophy and format of POUND, as well as a little about the history and creation of the program. We also spent the day learning a complete "Set List" to bring to our 1st class. This includes 12 tracks that, together, will provide a full-body 45-minute cardio workout. Personally, I love this workout because it is a jam-packed full body workout where you barely even notice you are working out. In addition to challenging my body physically, it is a stress-relieving all-out fun 45 minutes." - Kayte

"I love the workout because it's so much fun and anyone can participate as long as they can clap along to a song. There are so many modifications available for every level and so many ways to challenge yourself if you're looking for more. You leave feeling like you worked every muscle in your body but rocked out and had fun the entire time! There are definitely parts of the class that feel extra challenging but it makes the class bond, feel proud that we accomplished that part, and makes us all yell "woo"! haha." -Lindy

A little about POUND! 

"POUND is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and Isometric poses into a 45-minute series. Each 2-4 minute song is carefully calibrated with interval peaks and extended fat burning sequences, providing you with the best workout in the shortest span of time.
