6FIT - Week Two: Strength in Numbers!

It's team challenge week!  By this point, you have all gotten used to scheduling classes together or doing a 14 minute workout together.  You are also doing a GREAT job with your mini daily challenges of squats, pushups, situps and planks!  Tomorrow is Burpee day- get ready!


There are many benefits to working out with friends!


  • Friends keep you motivated 
  • Friends keep you in check 
  • Friends tell the truth and let you vent on a bad day
  • Friends keep you accountable
  • Working out with friends keeps your workouts from dragging and keeps them from being boring 
  • Friends see your success and accomplishments and acknowledge it! 
Our DanceFIT Community is special in a way that friendships and bonds have been formed through fitness.  Our clients take 6FIT together, take in-studio classes together and virtual classes together.  They exercise together outside of DanceFIT classes too!  They keep each other motivated and check in to make sure each other is doing OK if they haven't seen them in a while or they think they might need a push or an ear.  

We encourage you, our current 6FIT members to stay in touch with your teammates, challenge them and challenge yourselves!  Do the 14 minute workout together via skype even if you don't live close or in the same state!
