6FIT is BACK!

Fall 6FIT starts September 8th! Register in Mind Body and commit to staying FIT this Fall! 



Are you looking for some extra motivation to eat healthy and workout on a regular basis? DanceFIT Studio’s 6FIT challenge will guide you every step of the way. Now is the time to make a commitment to get yourself moving and find creative ways to eat healthy and incorporate “real foods” into your everyday lifestyle. With the encouragement and support of your remote teammates, you will make each other accountable for your day-to-day habits. The results will surprise you!

You will be placed in a team with 6 participants from all over the US. You will be connected to your teammates via e-mail, Skype and other forms of social media. Your team will compete against other DanceFIT teams for prizes. Each team will have access to a shared spreadsheet where you can see all of the meals and workout logs of your team members. There will be weekly food and fitness challenges and competitions with prizes!

The Rules!

1) Commit to exercising 30 minutes a day, 6 days a week

2) Hold yourself accountable for your food and drink intake by logging daily.

3) You are required to attend 4 DanceFIT classes a week.

4) Sleep 7+ hours a night.

5) Drink 60 ounces of water a day.

6) Participate in the challenges each week.

7) You are required to attend 6FIT meetings on Sundays on skype at 9:15 PM EST.

Your $299 Package Includes:

- 72 In-Studio/VirtualFIT Skype Classes (max: 2 per day, 6 days a week)

- 6FIT Kick Off Information Session – Sunday, September 7 9:15 PM EST

- Weekly SUNDAY meetings – Held on skype chat from the comfort of your own home! 9:15 PM EST

- Mini home workouts

- Access to your groups fitness/ food log

- Unlimited support from our instructors

- Daily inspiration, recipes & fit tips

- Access to the exclusive 6FIT facebook group!

Brookline Clients!  Please note that our schedule in Brookline will be much like our summer schedule with a limited number of classes.  Please utilize our virtual class schedule with 20+ classes per week!
