This has been such a fun and busy week for DanceFIT! In case you missed it...
We are so honored and excited to be featured in Boston Magazine: Hub Health this week for HOT balletFIT! Check it out! http://www.bostonmagazine.com/health/blog/2014/04/29/fit-trend-hot-barre/
On Sunday night we hosted Boston area bloggers for a HOT balletFIT class follow by a Health Happy Hour! It was a huge success and we met a lot of really amazing bloggers! We can't wait to host another event like this! Check out some of their blog posts and reviews of the event and their class experience below!
A City Girl's Guide to Life: "When I arrived at the Natick studio and made my way up the stairs, I was greeted by a room full of friendly and smiling dance enthusiasts. I could tell right away that this wasn’t going to be the kind of ballet I was used to…it was going to be better."

Lucie Wicker Photography: "While I felt great during and immediately after the class, I was really sore for the next few days, especially in my calves! The pain was worth it though and I'd definitely recommend Hot BalletFIT if you're looking to trying something new and challenging but also fun (jumping is fun, right??)"

Live Love Lemon: "hot barre is like hot yoga in that it takes place in a 92 degree room and uses barre workouts to incorporate strength, flexibility and cardio training all at once. I took ballet when I was 7 and that was about it but my mom was a ballerina for many years (no pressure). I am not coordinated but I can do a plie."
